The Global Fund is introducing an annual survey of how well we engage with members of our Country Coordinating Mechanisms (CCMs).  Your feedback will help the Global Fund improve how we work together to achieve impact in programs funded by the Global Fund.  

In addition to background questions, the survey contains approximately 30 statements about the Global Fund organized into four sections: collaboration, communication, efficiency / effectiveness and the Global Fund’s operating model. For each statement, please indicate whether you strongly agree, agree, disagree or strongly disagree. Your responses will be kept confidential.
