2023 AGA Online Join/Renew - Club Registration Form |
This form is for clubs that want to offer Online Join/Renew registration at azgolf.org. If your club does not want to participate in online registration - do not complete.
Only one designated club officer should complete this form on behalf of the club.
This is not for individual members to renew or join a club.
* Renewing Members: Log into your dashboard after October 3rd and select the RENEW ONLINE button next to your club name.
* Joining a new club: After October 3rd, select the JOIN button in the upper right hand corner of the AGA homepage.

Reminders:
* Online registration is turned off beginning September 1st as we update club data for 2023 (excluding revolving clubs).
* Online registration will reopen October 3rd (12pm) for 2023 renewals and new member registrations.
* 2023 Online Join/Renew forms must be submitted by September 9th to guarantee October 3rd activation.
* Clubs that submit after September 9th will be updated and activated in the order received.
