We would like to better understand the communication between patients diagnosed with prostate cancer and their treating physician across Europe.

Who should complete the questionnaire? We are specifically looking for patients with prostate cancer.

What do we need you to do? The more responses we get, the more accurate and helpful this process will be in focusing healthcare resources.

How will you find out about the results of this study? This questionnaire is part of the PIONEER Consortium. Once the results have been collected and collated, we hope to publish it. We will update you via our website.

* I consent to take part in the following survey and to have my de-identified responses analysed by a team of researchers from the PIONEER Consortium. The research team aims to submit the results for peer reviewed publication. I understand that my data will be combined with data from all participants and this combined data set will be published, but I will not be identified.
