We have built a firm foundation to date. As a result, our Mission, Vision, Values and strategic directions will continue to guide our future. While many existing initiatives will remain priorities, we have also heard a clear and consistent message about the need to be more focused, to prioritize and streamline our work across the organization.
As we continue to do more with less, we must focus our efforts. Your feedback will help us to do that and to shape the future of our hospital.
