Help Us Imagine What’s Possible at Sandy Pines!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our previous Community Asset Survey. Your feedback played an important role in identifying the areas members would like to see explored further as Sandy Pines plans for the future.
Based on the responses received, Sandy Pines is working toward a more comprehensive capital improvement plan across four key categories:
  • Lake Improvements
  • Amenity Improvements
  • Operational Assets
  • Structural Improvements
Together, these categories help support the long-term goal of strengthening every aspect of our community.

As part of that process, we are excited to share conceptual renderings for several areas that came directly from member feedback, including the Phase 1 Core Area, Recreation Courts, and Convenience Centers.

These renderings are visual conversation starters. They are not final designs, construction plans, or approved projects. Instead, they are meant to help members see what could be possible, react to different ideas, and share what features, spaces, and improvements would matter most to them.

Recently, Sandy Pines also held a Town Hall Meeting where our CFO shared additional information about the Capital Investment Proposal, including key breakdowns by category and a proposed First Five-Year Plan. Members are encouraged to review that information as they consider the concepts shown in this survey.
