Soupy Awards will be announced Saturday, April 7, 2018
Please use this form to nominate an individual, business or organization that has made significant contributions within the community to benefit families caring for children with special needs. Nominees may be eligible for one of four awards in the areas of Respect, Family-Centered, Excellence & Partnership.
Feel free to nominate for each category, but please make only ONE nomination per category.
A committee will review each of the nominations and decide on a winner for each category.All nominees will be honored and winners will be announced at our Annual Parent Conference on April 7, 2018.
