SOS Training Interest Form

Please fill out the form below to indicate interest in hosting or attending an SOS Train-the-Trainer workshop. SOS' Train-the-Trainer is a half day program that prepares attendees to deliver SOS Signs of Suicide in their schools or communities.

SOS Train-the-Trainer is currently available both virtually and in-person. In-person trainings are currently on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

SOS Signs of Suicide program access is not included with Train-the-Trainer, and must be purchased separately through our online shop. The price for SOS per school is $495 for the first year, $300 to renew. Training is not required to deliver SOS.
