We strongly encourage you to register online or via e-mail. If necessary, please drop off hard copies at St. Mary’s Parish Office, or mail to St. Mary of the Assumption, c/o Philippe Monfiston, 14908 Main Street, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 (Phone: 301-627-3255 x107).
NOTE: If you do not recall the dates for sacramental information, they can be obtained from your child's updated Baptismal Certificate or by contacting your child's church of Baptism. Please also remember to upload copies showing your child has been baptized AND has received First Holy Communion (if applicable).
• Registration Donation; 1st and 2nd Child - $50 per child; $25 for each additional child. Donation covers cost of books and other operating expenses. Please contact Philippe Monfiston if there are any financial issues. Donations can be included with the registration form or submitted by the first day of class. Make check payable to “St. Mary of the Assumption Church.” We prefer that donations be made online at the end of this survey via PayPal. Please let us know if you encounter any difficulty.
•First night of class: (Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6:30 pm). At least one parent must be in attendance on the 1st night. If you did not register via online form or e-mailed copies, please submit the front and back of the Baptismal and First Holy Communion Certificates with your registration form. If you submitted certificates last year to the School of Religion, you do not need to resubmit.
