As you know, SAMHSA has released the NOFO for the SOR 3 grant. We are writing to ask for your input as we identify service gaps, demographics, and strategies. Please take a few moments to answer this survey and offer your feedback and suggestions. We appreciate the work you do and the time you will take to assist with this survey.
1.What gaps have you identified in the communities you serve that are not covered by Medicaid and follow the SOAP objectives (State Overdose Action Plan 2022) specifically for opioids and/or stimulants? 
2.What strategies can you suggest to reach specific demographic groups that are disproportionately affected by the overdose epidemic that are not currently being reached?
3.What innovative evidenced-based strategies that support people who are at risk for overdose and/or have an Opioid Use Disorder would you like to see implemented in the communities you serve?
4.Are there strategies identified in the SAMHSA NOFO (https://www.samhsa.gov/grants/grant-announcements/ti-22-005) that are not being implemented in the communities you serve and that you believe can be effective in addressing the overdose crisis?
