What is the System of Care?

A local network that advocates for the health and wellbeing of children, youth, and families living in
the Marion-Polk community. We focus on strengthening systems and responding to the needs of young people who get many types of services and resources through community support.

What does the System of Care do?

In support of our mission we:

ASK: “What is working well in our community, and what can be better?”

RESPOND: We meet regularly to find and address barriers. We advocate for policy and program changes based on what we hear from local youth and families.

COORDINATE: We are lucky to have many dedicated local partners who serve children, youth, and families. We work closely with our partners so we can work on what we can do better together.

More information about the various teams that make up our System of Care and the work of this network can be found on our webpage.
