We are looking for your best session ideas for the 2023 States Organization for Boating Access (SOBA) Education & Training Symposium.

The SOBA Education & Training Symposium brings together state boating officials, consultants, engineering firms, manufacturers, suppliers, publishers and other businesspersons interested in boating access. The Education & Training Symposium will feature presentations highlighting facility programs, design innovations, construction techniques, and engineering challenges. We are looking for presentations that will bring new, innovative ideas and information to those in our community.
