One Health Lewisham Mapping Exercise

One Health Lewisham would like to ask for your help to identify the different categories of health care professionals currently working in Lewisham to enable us to find out if they would like to be funded to come to a practitioners group.

A practitioners group is a supportive environment offering professional development with peers. Clinical cases and personal issues can be discussed and support provided between members of the group.

The group will be starting in November 2019 and we currently have spaces for 12 participants.

To enable us to contact those who maybe interested in joining this group, please would you be able to answer our short survey and reply by 17:00 on Wednesday 30th October 2019.
