If you’ve moved house since 1 January 2016 tell us about your experiences.

Service NSW is interested in understanding more about their customer’s experiences when moving house. The following questions will help us understand more about things like why people move, what is difficult about moving house, how long moving house takes and how people would prefer to notify organisations about their change of address. Service NSW will use this information to help find ways that we can make moving house easier.
