At this year’s Earth Day Festival, we want organizations to encourage visitors to make transformational choices that significantly contribute to a safe, healthy, and fair planet for all its inhabitants. We encourage you to watch the Story of Solutions to learn more about this approach and help frame your message.

We will be highlighting your transformational solutions at the Festival and on social media before and during the event. Please help us promote your best solutions.

Save trees:
Avoid hand outs. Direct visitors to your website. Encourage them to take pictures of information. Have a sign up sheet or e-tablet and send interested folks a PDF.
Save the water:
Share reusable containers and bags, so disposable plastic pellets don't enter our waterways.
Save the atmosphere:
Carpool, walk or ride a bike to the Festival. Let's not contribute to the landfill that can produce methane gases.

NEXT STEPS:
We will send more details closer to the festival which runs from 9-1.  Set up and take down are 30 minutes before and after the festival. Although recycling has been suspended, we are still hoping for a zero waste event.
