The Better Together Collaborative Table is a collective of organisations within the Swan Hill Local Government Area that have the vision of building a community where everyone can feel safe, well, learn, belong and dream. To help support the families in our community we are working together to develop an ‘Early Years Online HUB’.
The Early Years Online HUB will be a website designed to have relevant information, including service contact information, how to access services, transport options, playgroup times or events that are on around the community etc., for the community about pregnancy, early years and parenting for the Swan Hill Local Government Area in one place, that can be accessed both on a computer or a mobile phone.
