SNAP Authorization Details
Please join us for one of the SNAP authorization days. In order to complete your application, you MUST bring the following items to the event:
ID (driver’s license, government photo ID)
501c3 or similar document that shows federal non-profit status
Social Security card unless non-profit, then only employer identification number is required
Employer identification number (EIN), only if you have one/are non-profit
Business license, only if you have one
W9, not for the authorization but required if you want to receive free equipment through one of our partners
