Local Food Survey
This is a survey to find out whether there is interest in setting up a program where people could use EBT/SNAP cards, credit or debit cards at the local Farmers Markets or for a local produce pick-up location from a local farm or gardens.
If you complete this survey and leave your name and contact info, we will enter your name in a drawing for $100 gift card for local groceries! We will send a $10 coupon for fresh fruits/veggies for the Thursday Food Market for those who participate in the EBT, SNAP, MFIP programs.*
(*If an overwhelming number of responses are received, we will give vouchers to SNAP/EBT families first and then to others. All will be entered into the $100 drawing. Thank you to Empty Bowls for funding!)
