Goal: The City of Panama City's Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee (PRAC) is seeking public input from the community regarding the usage of parks. This survey will help gather information from park visitors about a specific Panama City park's current use, satisfaction and improvement ideas.
Estimated Time: 8 minutes.

- Enter into a drawing: At the end of the survey, you may provide your name, phone number, and/or email address to be entered into a drawing for a free four-hour facility rental.
- Participation limit: To ensure balanced input, only one response per park location per household will be accepted.
