Welcome. In order to be of most use to the advancement of Passivhaus, this form is detailed and we predict it will take about an hour to complete.

These case studies may be relied upon for advocacy, media, market research etc, so accuracy is critical. It is mandatory that fields are completed and all information is accurate.

Only certified buildings can be uploaded, not those in the process of certification.

Please first download this list of the questions so you can ensure you have all the information required before you begin, as there isn't an option to save progress.

The information we ask for includes PH Performance such as thermal load, technical details such as various elements' u-values, some personal quotes from yourself or your team about the building and high-quality images of the project uploaded to an online drive.

In instances of projects used on social media, we will refer to them by name with link to full credits on the project register. This is designed to ensure accuracy without inconsistencies.
