Community Participation

1.) Phase 1 of our study focuses on identifying locations that may be
impacted by past or present land uses, helping to inform both short-term
and long-term land use planning.
2.) This assessment reviews whether activities on the site or nearby—such as
gas stations, dump sites, or chemical storage—may pose potential or
actual environmental concerns.
3.) Because environmental harm can come from surrounding properties as
well as the site itself, Phase 1 helps identify areas that may require further
attention.
4.) Your input is valuable, and community feedback plays an important role in
shaping responsible land use decisions.
