Intro

The City of Portsmouth Planning Board would like to hear from you about the proposed amendments to the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance.  These amendments intended to allow for a mix of residential and non-residential uses in the City’s existing commercial corridors along Woodbury Ave and Lafayette Road / Route 1.  A draft of the zoning amendments and maps of the affected properties are available to review online at planportsmouth.com/GatewayMixedUseZoningAmendments.
