Non-Medical Switching

Pennsylvania families carefully shop for a health plan with the pharmacy benefits they need (especially if a member of the family lives with a chronic or serious illness).

But that health plan's pharmacy benefits can change at any time because of non-medical decisions made by insurance companies.
