Junior and Senior Level Registration Form

The competitions will be held on Saturday, April 2 at Aloha High School. 

Eligibility and Guidelines
1. Open to current GPFS flutists only. Student membership is $15.
2. Application fee:  $15. 
3. Membership and registration fees may be paid online at www.gpfs.org by the March 25 registration deadline.
4. All GPFS members receive free admission into the annual Flute Fair.
5. Applicant must provide accompanist, if appropriate.  A piano will be provided.
6. Junior division applicants (6th-8th grade) will be approximately scheduled between 9am-12pm and allowed 10 minutes on stage. The 1st place winner will receive a $100 gift certificate.
7. Senior division applicants (9th-12th grade) will be approximately scheduled between 11am-2pm and allowed 10 minutes on stage. The 1st place winner will receive a $200 scholarship.
8. Registration form must be received by Friday, March 25.
9. Following the registration deadline, you will receive an email with a specific audition time.
