- Brings new ideas and contributions to the Chapter
- Often serves as a mentor to other members of the organization

Mountain Mover
Mountain Mover recognizes a member who goes above and beyond for their firm. An ideal candidate for this position would showcase the following:
- Current SMPS VA Chapter Member
- Serves in a marketing or business development position
- Consistently delivering new ideas and strategies
- Bring creativity to the table (ex: graphic design, creative problem solving, creative content writing)
- Volunteer to always help other within their organization and with SMPS Virginia
- Often seen as a "go-to" person whenever someone needs new and fresh ideas or help with a project
- Always has a positive mindset and is excellent at problem solving
