The Guest agrees to participate in an audio and/or video recording for the podcast titled Podcasts With Mandy, LLC. The Guest understands that the recording may be distributed publicly through podcast platforms, social media, websites, and other media channels.

The Guest grants the Producer the irrevocable right and permission to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the Guest's voice, likeness, image, statements, and participation in connection with the podcast and related promotional materials.

The Guest releases and holds harmless the Producer, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the Guest’s participation in the podcast, including but not limited to claims related to defamation, privacy, publicity rights, or emotional distress.

I confirm that I am of legal age to give my consent.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Guest acknowledges that participation in the podcast is voluntary and that no financial compensation will be provided.

The Guest agrees that they are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the statements they make during the recording. The Guest agrees not to knowingly provide false, defamatory, or unlawful statements.

The Producer has full editorial control over the final podcast episode and may edit, modify, or remove portions of the recording at its discretion.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This document represents the entire agreement between the Producer and the Guest and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements regarding the podcast participation.
