3rd Annual Innovations in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Conference (October 2026)

The Innovations in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Conference Committee invites students, faculty, and staff to submit abstracts for posters, symposia, and seminars. These presentations are central to the conference's success and will significantly enrich the shared learning experience.

When preparing your abstract, please consider both the target audience and the overarching focus of the 3ʳᵈ Annual Innovations in Artificial Intelligence Conference: the emerging impact of AI on health professionals in academic health centers across clinical, research, and educational missions.

Submissions should be written in a clear and accessible manner that promotes interdisciplinary understanding while maintaining scholarly rigor.

Authors may submit proposals for either pre-conference workshops or conference presentations, with submission categories including pre-conference workshops (two-hour or four-hour), brief oral presentations, oral presentations, poster presentations, symposia, or a combination of formats.

The conference is designed for an interprofessional community of learners and professionals, including—but not limited to:
• Physicians
• Nurses
• Pharmacists
• Physician Assistants
• Allied Health Professionals
• Academic professionals from internal and external institutions

*All abstracts will be reviewed. Selected abstracts will be scheduled for presentation at the conference, and notifications of acceptance will be sent by July 30, 2026.
