  Attendance
11:00am-12:30pm (ET): Understanding Community-based Residential Facilities Within a Shifting COVID-19 Landscape: Preliminary Research Findings & Recommendations - Danielle Kouri (SLSC) will be presenting the preliminary findings and recommendations of the PDCP research project, which investigated challenges and promising practices related to halfway houses operations during a widespread health crisis. Participants will be invited to engage in a discussion on the topic and ask questions. 
1:30pm-3:30pm (ET): COVID Stress & Trauma: Where Are We Now?  - Tom Regehr & Becca Partington (CAST Canada) explore how to honour and understand the wide variety of factors and effects of 'COVID Stress and Trauma' within the unique St. Leonard’s experience. Using moderated room discussion and information delivery, the workshop aims to:
- Name and understand the wide variety of stresses and stress reactions at play in the present situation.
- Honour and validate the emotional responses and reactions to the current work climate.
- Gather some prevention, mitigating/coping and healing strategies.

11:00am-12:30pm (ET): Passeport: Background Notes on an Intervention Model Aimed at Aging People in Conflict with the Law - Michel Gagnon & Michel Dunn will present the Passeport intervention model and its conceptual framework, which aims to help aging people in conflict with the law to make informed decisions about the best strategies to age successfully and empower them to select the best possible ways and resources at this person’s disposals to then optimize his or her choices.
1:30pm-3:30pm (ET): Using Restorative Justice Principles & Practices In Daily Life - Alana Abramson (Kwantlen Polytechnic University/Hummingbird Innovations) will explore restorative justice as a relational, transformative approach to the prevention of and response to harm and conflict. Participants will explore the principles and practice of restorative justice and how they can be implemented in work, home, and community settings.
