Hi there! Thanks for your interest in this survey. I thought I'd tell you a little more about myself and the "why" behind this survey.

I am a working mom with 2 little kids. I also have my own blog that I started when my first child was born as a gift to myself and it has been one of the best things I have done for myself (and maybe for others too!). As I reflect on the last 3 years, I met so many parents who were not ready or interested in quitting their jobs but they wanted to express themselves and contribute to the world outside of their work. I want to pivot my blog and create a community of working mothers to inspire and empower other parents to express themselves, share their voice and contribute to making the world a better place.

Your inputs will be a huge gift in shaping the voice and content of my blog.

You can find my blog here and subscribe to see where your inputs take this blog next.

Much gratitude!

Neha

Side project? Are you kidding me? I have no time and energy to breathe so thinking of fitting in a side project seems impossible
I often think of having an identity outside of "working mom" but have no clue what I’d do
I have ideas about things I could do but don’t know where I’d start
Every time I think of starting my own project, fear and anxiety take over and I just stop thinking about it
I like to do one thing at a time. I'll do all of this once my kid(s) is/are out of the house
I have no interest at the moment. My family and work are sufficient to keep me fulfilled in my life.
