COVID-19 is a serious public health concern that has also created serious socio-economic impacts to our community. Thrive Alliance is conducting this survey in partnership with the County to gather data on how it has affected our nonprofit organizations and the communities they serve. The aggregate results will be shared with multiple stakeholders in order to assist them with COVID-19 response planning efforts.
