Climate Resilience Business Enhancements is a pilot program administered by the Pitkin Avenue BID and Resilient Cities Catalyst. Brownsville businesses can receive free support to strengthen their resilience against extreme heat, flooding, and other climate-related disruptions through our Climate Resilience Enhancements Program. We’re offering a range of resources including portable Resilience Equipment like flood-proof storage, fans, and flood sensors; Resilience Enhancements as funding for flood barriers, rain barrels, and solar control film; and support for Major Upgrades like cool roofs, solar power, and energy-efficient cooling systems
