This survey is for those working in senior positions in Australia’s Contact Centre industry, and should only take 8-10 minutes to complete.
The aim of the survey is to obtain a "pulse check" across 18-24 short questions on the key topics impacting the industry at the moment. These include attrition, absenteeism, WFH, AI and salaries to name a few.
