In the past 2-years, during the COVID-19 pandemic, residential use of internet services increased by 92%.  The pandemic has magnified the need to have reliable, affordable and robust internet and broadband service at home, to support telecommuting, online education and telehealth applications and much more. The pandemic has changed the need for robust internet services.  The City of Lake Tahoe is conducting a feasibility study to improve broadband and would like to hear your input.

The purpose of the survey is to determine the level of service you currently have at home, how you use the internet, and what is most important to you regarding high-speed internet service.
