Welcome to the online registration form for SLSC's 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and training, co-hosted by Affiliate Agency St. Leonard's Society of North Vancouver, proudly celebrating 40 years of Giving Change a Chance. This form allows you to register for the full roster of professional and social events scheduled for June 5th-7th.
This form will allow you to:
- indicate your attendance at the events
- register a guest if needed
It will also provide you with accommodation information at the end. Please note that SLSC Staff will email you a copy of your registration, however this is not an 'automatic' process. If you do not receive a copy of your registration within 2 business days, please contact SLSC at info@stleonards.ca.
