Hosted Proxy Implementation Interest

This survey is for your library to sign up to attend a webinar to learn about the Hosted Proxy service. This service provides a way for your library to:

-use local methods (SIP, LDAP, etc) to authenticate users

-manage locally licensed resources on the NC LIVE proxy server

You will be asked to pick a month that you would like your implementation period to start. Keep in mind that you can expect hosted proxy to be implemented approximately 6-8 weeks after the start of the cohort. For example, a January cohort generally means a March implementation date.
