ActionDignity Community Leadership Training Needs’ Assessment Survey

PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY: Thank you for participating. This online survey is designed to get inputs from ethnocultural community members and leaders who are 18 years old and above. It will serve as a guide in designing a new Leadership Training Curriculum for Community Leaders that will be offered by ActionDignity. This survey will identify the qualities that community leaders should have as well as the skills that should be developed and improved.

LANGUAGE: This survey is in English. If you need language support for someone who is interested to participate in this survey, please contact us at info@actiondignity.org. Community members are welcome to translate/interpret for someone and directly fill-up this online survey.
