Award Information 

The Excellence in Customer Service Award was established to recognize employees who exemplify a “customer-first” mindset. Each year, one employee or team from each Strategic Business unit and Customer & Account Management will be recognized for doing exceptional work in support of our customers in one of these key areas:
  • Service: for providing exceptional long-term customer service that is recognized by our customers as best-in-class.
  • Business Innovation: for working with customers to develop an innovative value proposition that captures win-win business opportunities.
  • Delivery Performance: for leading the effort to drive measurable improvement in customer satisfaction, reduction in turnaround time and/or improved customer service level.
  • ACE: for demonstrating exceptional leadership and initiative to identify and implement changes that result in cost reductions, increased business/service levels or other process efficiencies. 
Eligibility: All permanent Collins employees in our original equipment (OE) and aftermarket organizations that do work in support of our customers are eligible to win. Nominations may be submitted by any Collins employee or external customer.

Due Date: Nomination forms must be received no later than Friday, December 11, 2020.
