SWANA Legacy Fund Survey

Early Career Professional Development Stipend Nomination

The Legacy Fund is supported by financial donations of current and former national leaders. Each year, the committee members select a program, project, or initiative to support which advances the mission and vision of the Solid Waste Association of North America. In 2024, the fund will support three stipends up to $1,500 each to support attendance at a SWANA national conference or training center. Stipends will be awarded to high-potential young professionals who are very early in their career and would be unlikely to be approved for travel to a national event or training.
