Our Pastoral Council and administrative team are beginning a process to develop a new three-year pastoral plan that will serve as a guide on how to best address the needs of our community for the coming years.  A key element of this process is to receive input from parishioners on how well the parish meets their needs.

Please give a score (5 stars = best, NA = no score) and provide comments on how we do as a parish community in the following twelve categories.  The questions under each heading are only examples; please address each topic as comprehensively as possible.  Your written comments are the most valuable; thank you in advance for the time and thought you are putting into this feedback.  (Please click OK to start the survey.)
