SLCP Trainer Application Form

Introduction

Thank you for your interest in training facilities on the SLCP process and system!

We have developed content for two types of training:

Introductory sessions: explaining the SLCP mission and vision, process and system on a high level with the objective to engage “newcomers” with SLCP (three slide decks available).
Deep-dive sessions: explaining a part of the SLCP process and/or system in detail with the objective to help already engaged facilities complete their SLCP assessment (five slide decks available).

For both types of training, we support trainers in getting prepared to deliver information correctly and consistently.

The survey you are about to fill in determines the type of support needed to get you fully prepped and onboard as a trainer for SLCP. It should not take more than 10 minutes of your time. We look forward to working with you!
