The Student Leadership Cohort is a leadership-development experience that trains, equips, inspires and walks alongside high schoolers within the Baltimore-Washington Conference. The Mentors for this cohort speak encouragement into the life of high schoolers and help them navigate the implementation of their ministry idea within their local church after practicing planning a conference-wide event for youth. Please don't apply unless your are prepared to commit to fully engage with 3 weekend retreats, several sit down meetings with the full body, as well as building relationship with your mentees. We strongly believe that the reward for the work will be profound as we help to lift up new young leaders to tackle the issues of faith, church and society.

Applications are due on May 1, 2019.
