Pennsylvania Community Needs Assessment Survey

Neighborhood Legal Services and Summit Legal Aid are working together to better understand the civil legal needs of individuals and families in our communities. Together, these organizations provide free legal services to people with low to moderate income across 14 counties in southwestern Pennsylvania.

This survey is part of a needs assessment to identify the most common and urgent legal issues facing community members and to find out how we can make legal services more visible, accessible, and responsive.
