Patient Access Survey 25-26

Your GP Surgery is part of Feltham and Bedfont Primary Care Network (PCN). The PCN is a group of 13 GP Surgeries working together to improve quality of care for all our patients.

We welcome honest, meaningful feedback about your experience with your GP practice. This helps us to understand what we’re doing well and where we can do better. This survey is anonymous and takes about 5 minutes to complete.

7.Have you been offered an Enhanced Access appointment? These are available on weekends and weekdays before 8am or after 6:30pm. Sometimes you may need to travel to a different surgery for this appointment.
