Good Alcohol Practices for Management and Owners (GAPMO) Training

On behalf of the City of Chico Police Department, Butte County Behavioral Health and the Butte Youth Now Coalition, we would like to invite you to attend the Good Alcohol Practices for Management and Owners (GAPMO) and Alcoholic Beverage Control Level 2 and 3 Trainings.

There will be multiple training opportunities this year - one for owners and managers (July 25th) and one for line staff & servers (July 26th) as well as a training for Off Sale Businesses (July 26th) for owners , managers and staff.

We encourage you to take advantage of both training days - allowing for you, your management and your employees to be trained consistently. In addition, we are offering individual meetings with owners/managers.  This provides the opportunity for Gregg Hanour to provide individualized consultation one-on-one.

Length of Each Training: 3 hours, with 30 min. individual meetings/consultations available after.

The goal is to make as big an impact as possible, whatever that takes in time. After the training, each owner receives a generic Management Alcohol Action Plan (MAAP). A business can tailor the MAAP to pinpoint their in-house policies and procedures on responsible alcohol service and management; the MAAP then can be used for training to foster the practices learned in GAPMO.

Due to the positive feedback and evaluations from last years participants, we are expecting this training to fill up quickly.  Please complete your RSVP as soon as possible to ensure your participation.

Thank you!
