Youth Vaping Education and Campaign Strategy Survey

Question Title

Washtenaw County is planning a social media campaign about vaping. We need your brainstorming power to create youth-driven designs and messages.

This survey is only for those between the ages of 13 to 21. Please only continue this survey if you are within this age range.

All responses will be kept anonymous. Your name will not be connected to anything you share in the survey.

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
