2024 REVITALIZATION QUESTIONNAIRE: Located at 43 Canal Street in Holyoke, Massachusetts, OneHolyoke has been the owner of the Historic Flats Community Building (“the Club”) since 2018.

The time has come to improve the space, make needed renovations, and launch a new program frame-work that will help us maintain the historic facility’s longtime mission of empowering local volunteerism and serving our neighborhood by encouraging growth, creative problem solving, and promoting friendship.

To begin, we’re conducting community outreach in order to learn more about what the needs are and how the Club can act as a catalyst for positive change. All answers are optional, and all survey results will be anonymous. The better information we receive, the better we understand how to prepare.
