1. Instructions


Thank you for choosing Prosperity Unlimited as your partner in reaching your goal for housing and/or increasing your long-term financial sustainability.  You have taken the First Step by requesting the Enrollment Application Package.

Listed below is the process:

Step Two:  Once your application is received we will send you an email through SignNow to e-sign your Authorizations and Disclosures.  

Step Three:  Send in the Required Documents that was emailed to you.  They are needed to complete your assessment. 

Please read, follow the instructions and deliver the required documents to Prosperity.

d) Hand delivered (by appointment only): 1660 Garnet Street, Kannapolis, NC  28083 

Step Four:  When all information are received you will be contacted to schedule your one-on-one appointment.
Step Five:  Meet with a Counselor via face-to-face, phone or Zoom for a detailed budget session and/or a review of your housing assessment based on your readiness.   After this step you will be guided through which program(s) best fits your housing and financial goal.

Although this process may seem long it can be accomplished in a short period of time based on your availability, commitment and providing the required documentation.

Please pick the earliest possible date so you can get familiar with the process.  Each class will be held on Saturdays from 9:30 am - 1:00 pm. 

Your Registration Link will be sent within 48 business hours. 

NOTE:  As soon as you receive the link, sign in so that you will get the Confirmation Link to enter the session.
