Instructions
Thank you for choosing Prosperity Unlimited as your partner in reaching your goal for housing and/or increasing your long-term financial sustainability.
Listed below is the process:
One: Choose from the dates in Question 1 below for the Required "Know Before You Buy" Virtual Session. Fully complete the Online Enrollment Application which is below. Any incomplete applications will be deleted within five days.
Two: Send in the Required Documents that was emailed to you. They are needed to complete your assessment.
Three: Complete the Payment Authorization and sign the Authorizations and Disclosures. Once you complete this online application we will send you an email through SignNow to electronically sign the Authorizations and Disclosures.
Prosperity has an Enrollment Application Fee of $50 for 1 and $75 for a couple. The fee must be paid prior to having your application assessed for the following:
Down payment eligibility
Mortgage - & Homeownership Readiness
Lender Referral
Income eligibility for WeBuild Properties
Please read, follow the instructions and deliver the required documents to Prosperity.
Four: When all information are received you will be contacted to schedule your one-on-one appointment.
Five: Meet with a Counselor via face-to-face, phone or Zoom for a detailed budget session and/or a review of your housing assessment based on your readiness. After this step you will be guided through which program(s) best fits your housing and financial goal.
Although this process may seem long it can be accomplished in a short period of time based on your availability, commitment and providing the required documentation.
