* 1. Conversion and LSTA programs are intended to offer select applicants additional opportunities for job security after 5 and 10 years of service, respectively. Are these programs in their current form sufficient to provide job security to long-serving members?

* 4. Both programs restrict the number of qualified applicants who can benefit from these opportunities each year. Current maximum number of conversions is eight per year. How many conversions per year would you like to see?
