The Arc Upper Valley and The Arc of North Dakota Annual Meeting Ballot
2021 Annual Meeting Voting Ballot
Instructions: All members with voting rights with The Arc Upper Valley have been mailed a copy of this ballot. This online ballot is the same ballot that was sent by mail. You only need to complete ONE ballot and submit it by mail or electronically. You will need the ballot number located at the top of the paper ballot to complete this online ballot. All ballots (mail and online) must be received by December 15, 2021.
For The Arc Upper Valley votes, the number of votes cast must equal or exceed a quorum of 10% of the membership of 62, for the approval of each matter. For the purposes of determining allotment of votes, self-advocate, individual, honorary and lifetime memberships are counted as (1) vote, and family and corporate memberships are counted as (2) votes.
For The Arc of North Dakota vote, the voting delegates for The Arc Upper Valley will cast the alloted number of votes with The Arc of North Dakota based upon the consensus of the votes collected by ballot.
