Team Myles 2022 5KM/10KM Ambassador Application

The Team Myles 5KM/10KM training program is a 10-week training plan designed to help you complete the Lifemark 5KM or the GoodLife FITNESS 10KM at the Blue Nose Marathon May 21st and 22nd. You are not required to have any previous running experience as you will be given all the tools you will need to be successful!

As a member of Team Myles you are entitled to the following:

·        Coaching and training by our Team Myles coaches.

·        A three-month GoodLife FITNESS Membership.

·        Aerobics First running package: free socks, 25% off one pair of shoes and a free footwear fitting.

·        A Team Myles shirt.

·        A Lifemark physiotherapy assessment.

·        A complimentary entry to either the Lifemark 5KM or the
         Goodlife FITNESS 10KM

·        Friends, fun, encouragement, and fitness!

Training starts the week of March 5th, 2022, and the training schedule is as follows:

· Tuesdays 6:00PM at Citadel Hill and,
· Saturdays 9:00AM at Point Pleasant Park
