Online workshop: March 14- April 25, 2017

Thank you for your interest in Skynet Junior Scholars! Skynet Junior Scholars (SJS) is an NSF funded informal science education project that aims to engage youth in observational astronomy projects using telescopes in the Skynet Robotic Telescope Network.

SJS invites 4-H leaders, and informal educators, and teachers  who work with middle school and high school youth to participate.  If you complete the workshop you will gain SJS Leader certification that enables you to create your own SJS youth group.

Our Spring 2017 workshop consists of 6 weekly webchats. The first session will be held on March 14.  The last session will be held on April 25.   We are hosting the workshop over 7 weeks to enable you a catch-up week before our last webchat, and also to let you get your taxes done!
